Interactive Checklist for Web Site Implementation (Redesign or Migration)

Are you about to undertake a web site implementation?  Perhaps it's a major redesign, or migrating from one CMS to another.  At any rate, it's easy to just concentrate on one aspect or another of your new and improved site (perhaps just the technology in some cases, and just the design in others) of the outcome you want, but not on how to pull this off.  So, even if you are just interested in one aspect (perhaps the design), I encourage you to use this interactive checklist to help you ensure your vision is realized.

The checklist is fairly self-explanatory -- to use, press the "click to edit" button at the top of the spreadsheet.  The first section helps gauge the complexity of the site, and then the next sections help determine where you are in a five step process of implementing a CMS.
