Welcome

I thought I'd start a blog focusing on client relationships and technical/project/product management, focusing on large insititution content management systems that are multilingual. We'll see what direction this blog takes, but that will be the general focus for now. My most recent experience is over four years as product manager for the content publishing tool at the World Bank -- this tool drives the suite of World Bank sites. I have played a variety of related roles at Forum One Communications (a web consulting firm) and UUNET/MCI/Worldcom (a major ISP). Before that I was a Peace Corps volunteer in Chad, and an X/Motif programmer for Schlumberger. I'm drawn to the gap between technology and various stakeholders, most recently between various implementation teams and clients. This blog will probably alternate between fairly technical posts, project management, and client relationship management. Thanks for reading.
