Training During CMS Migration

Comments

You say tactfully, "Your users may already know basic HTML and how to write for the web. But [...] you may have new folks."How true: we're often called on to train 100 of those new folks at a time in the basics of writing for the web. (We don't teach HTML, which is a bridge too far for the vast majority of staff writers.)Writing for the web is a core skill nowadays for any professional or indeed, anyone who writes at work. But I'm sure you have numerous clients who see it as a techie-specialty rather than today's version of good old basic business writing.Kia kaha!
